Willow Bank Champions of Change Tackle Community Issue

Willow Bank’s Champions of Change have been taking positive action in the local community.

After identifying concerns around dog fouling in the area, the group met to discuss possible solutions and created eye-catching posters to be displayed alongside home-made dog waste bag dispensers. Their aim was simple: encourage responsible behaviour and help keep our community clean and safe for everyone.

The Champions of Change also wrote to London Borough of Bexley to highlight the issue and share their solution. They were delighted to receive a letter of thanks in response, praising the pupils for not only identifying a problem but also taking proactive steps to address it.

We are incredibly proud of our Champions of Change for demonstrating leadership, initiative and a strong sense of community responsibility.
