Bee swarm arrives at Willow Bank Primary School

Whilst the children were taking their first SATs test this morning, Mr Hayden and Mr Cook were busy looking after a swarm of bees that arrived on our school field. 

The bees were safely moved and are now settling into their new hive - wow, our eighth hive! 

Thank you to Mr Hayden and Mr Cook for ensuring that the swarm were looked after and our mission to save our pollinators continues!
